Job Title: Refrigeration Engineer

CV Bay Ltd is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial refrigeration team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration equipment in various sectors, including restaurants, hotels, leisure centers, care homes, and schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field-based visits to client establishments to service, maintain, and repair refrigeration equipment
  • Fault finding on refrigeration equipment
  • Meeting and liaising with clients in a customer-facing position

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • FGAS certification
  • NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration/AC
  • Full driver's license

Package:

  • Basic salary up to £38,000 per annum
  • 40-hour working week
  • Paid door-to-door
  • Overtime paid at 1.28 (Monday to Friday), 1.5 (Saturday), and double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays
  • On-call allowance of £180 (1 in 4)
  • 23 days' holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
  • Pension
  • Smart phone and tablet
  • Uniform
  • Fully stocked VW Caddy Van and fuel card
  • Top-up training provided and funded when needed
