Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Part Time Senior Support Worker to join our team at Southern Health and Social Care Trust. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in our Supported Living Scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and carers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
