Position Overview: CRM Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a motivated CRM Marketing Specialist to enhance our consumer engagement strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with the CRM Manager to design and implement focused CRM initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
This role requires on-site presence for a portion of the week, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the CRM Manager and Analytics Partner to create targeted communication strategies
- Convert business objectives into actionable consumer engagement plans
- Refine consumer outreach strategies to drive growth
- Leverage consumer insights to inform future CRM initiatives
- Coordinate with Marketing teams to ensure unified campaign execution
- Evaluate test outcomes and share insights with commercial teams
- Oversee the setup and management of promotional vouchers and competitions
- Assist in budget oversight and ensure precision in communications
Qualifications:
- Experience in consumer relationship marketing
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach
- Genuine passion for understanding consumer needs
- Preferred experience in retail marketing within the UK
- Familiarity with direct marketing and online engagement
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Tableau reporting is advantageous
