About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optometrist to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As an Optometrist, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our optical department.
Your Responsibilities
- Screen patients and provide eye care services
- Coach and train the wider team to maintain standards
- Develop and implement new patient services to meet customer needs
- Work in partnership with an Optical Manager to create a clinical and operational excellence environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a fully qualified optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC) and a registered performer with your NHS area team or health board. You will also need to be on track to meet the statutory points requirement for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and have a passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
