About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant at Wickes Building Supplies Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product information and recommendations.
  • Process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a high level of accuracy with cash handling and stock management.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and other tasks as required to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
