About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team at Centrality. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud and on-prem infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with clients to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain cloud and on-prem infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve infrastructure efficiency and scalability
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices
Requirements
  • Strong networking skills and experience with cloud infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure platforms and PowerShell scripting
