Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented individual to support, maintain, and repair our IT equipment within our Retail High Street Licensed Betting Offices. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring our technical hardware and equipment are running smoothly, minimizing downtime, and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of network infrastructure, audio/visual installation, CCTV, Self Service Terminals, and IT equipment
  • Support and deliver technical hardware or equipment in a timely manner to minimize downtime
  • Ensure the required standards of technical support are maintained during business hours and during key events throughout the sporting calendar
  • Perform daily checks of company vehicle, maintaining cleanliness both inside and out
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Appropriate level of computer literacy
  • Demonstrable problem-solving, network, and technical skills
  • Appropriate level of Audio/Visual Installation and RF distribution
  • Able to self-motivate, work alone, and as part of a team when required
