About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Surveyor to join our Rating Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our London rating team to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and support the London rating team in developing and delivering results in line with client strategies
  • Carry out property inspections, surveys, and research to provide accurate and timely information
  • Prepare and conduct analysis and case preparation to minimize client liabilities
  • Develop relationships with UK rating teams and other service lines to drive business growth
  • Contribute to the promotion and development of the Rating business line within the BNP Paribas Real Estate group
  • Support the development of apprentices and graduates in achieving their APC and becoming Chartered Surveyors
  • Engage with other business lines to capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
  • Prioritize incoming workload and manage deadlines and key dates
Requirements
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
