Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
