Fully remote in the UK, Xcede is hiring for two Senior Data Engineers/Data Engineering Managers to lead and manage small teams of Data Engineers on key projects. As a Data Engineering Manager, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, directly line managing them and leading key projects for the business.
Xcede's well-established Data function offers huge customer data to work with and interesting projects that will directly impact millions of consumers. You will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of Data Engineers on some key projects for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Data Engineering team from a technical perspective, still being very hands-on with the technical work as well as team strategy.
- Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS or GCP preferred).
- Strong proficiency with Python/SQL.
- A successful Senior Data Engineer/Data Engineering Manager will have proven experience in leading and/or managing a team of Data Engineers previously.
