Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant Role

Join a supportive Secondary School in Sutton as a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant and gain valuable experience in a classroom setting.

This role is designed for ambitious Maths Graduates who are eager to build their skills and knowledge in a real-world teaching environment.

As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced Maths Teachers to provide in-class support, intervention sessions, revision classes, and catch-up classes.

You will also have the opportunity to get involved in extra-curricular Maths activities and develop your skills in a sociable and successful Maths department.

This is an ideal role for Maths Graduates who have obtained a 2:1 or higher degree classification and are looking to gain experience in a teaching setting before commencing an Initial Teacher Training Programme.

Priority will be given to candidates who have strong academic performance in GCSE and A-Level examinations, although experience as a Maths Tutor or in a child-centred role is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
