Job Description

At Zenith, we are seeking a highly skilled Media Operations Director to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our media operations, providing strategic guidance, and leading our team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective media operations strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  2. Lead and manage a team of media operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of media operations with other business functions.
  4. Manage and optimize media budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and minimizing waste.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
