About the Role

Sytner Group is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Sytner Stevenage. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for our customers during the car-buying experience, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work with customers to find the perfect new car, providing expert knowledge and guidance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Full and valid UK driving licence
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales environments
