About the Role

The Learning and Development Practitioner plays a vital role in supporting and coordinating all Learning and Development activities at Fortnum & Mason. This includes creating a culture where learning, self-development, and inquisitiveness are valued and nurtured.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System to ensure all training files and e-learning are up-to-date.
  • Generate training-related reports and share them with key stakeholders.
  • Book, organise, and coordinate all training activities in the yearly training calendar.
  • Collate training evaluation feedback and generate reports for the team.
  • Liaise with training suppliers to ensure training activities are booked and conducted on time.
  • Arrange and coordinate F&M supplier visits as part of our product mastery training offer.
  • Manage the L&D email inbox and answer all general training queries.
  • Coordinate and organise the enrolment of apprentices by liaising with our apprenticeship providers.
  • Support with L&D and Apprenticeship events and functions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the Fortnum & Mason induction.
  • Coordinate and support the Induction and onboarding of "work experience" candidates.
