Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Professional to join our team at John Francis Estate Agent in Lampeter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

About the Role

  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
