Job Title: Digital Channel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Channel Manager to join our team. As a Digital Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing client YouTube channels, developing and delivering digital strategies, coordinating projects, and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital strategies for client YouTube channels
  • Manage client expectations and communicate effectively with the team
  • Responsible for everything that happens on the YouTube channel, from content schedules to claims
  • Identify opportunities to grow digital channels, specifically YouTube, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Report back to clients and the wider team on channel performance and trends
  • Work with the team to identify channel trends and develop insights to share with clients
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor behavior and YouTube trends
  • Develop and maintain strong written skills to craft creative and persuasive content
  • Passionate about media and entertainment brands, with a strong understanding of the industry
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience working in digital, including experience of YouTube channel management
  • Fluent in YouTube analytics and experience using supporting tools such as VidIQ or Tubular Labs
  • Passionate about great content, advertising, and brands and publishers
