We are seeking an experienced and qualified commercial gas engineer to join our team at Randstad CPE. This semi-mobile based role will cover 2 commercial properties in the South East, requiring the candidate to have experience working within commercial environments carrying out all areas of commercial gas maintenance and minor remedial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs to Commercial/Industrial boilers.
  2. Complete inspection and gas safety check certificates and 18th Edition.
  3. Ensure Boilers are transported and handled in accordance with current Health & Safety Regulations.
  4. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all colleagues and customers.
  5. Carry out installation, repairs, maintenance and plan operational duties, working with the various systems and reporting as requested.

Requirements:

  1. Domestic Gas Qualifications - Desirable
  2. 18TH edition
  3. Commercial Tickets
  4. Commercial Catering Tickets - Highly Desirable
  5. Experience working within commercial environments
  6. Driving license
  7. Ipaf & PASMA
  8. OFTEC will be desirable
  9. Multi-skilled experience within minor electrical / Fabric tasks
