Regional Support Manager / Peripatetic Home Manager

£70k + Company Car + Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Support Manager / Peripatetic Home Manager to join our team at Purosearch Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and development of our elderly care homes across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elderly care home management, with experience in managing multiple sites. You will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and development of elderly care homes across the region
  • Drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC standards
  • Develop and implement business strategies to improve services and outcomes
  • Lead and manage a team of home managers and support staff

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in elderly care home management, with a strong background in multi-site management
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driving license and ability to travel frequently
