Main Responsibilities

The primary objectives of this position include delivering high-quality mechanical services and facilitating the seamless operation of the Estates team. Key responsibilities involve:

• Coordinating daily mechanical maintenance tasks and overseeing project execution.
• Assisting engineers and specialists in technical assessments and repairs.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining a clean working environment.
• Managing inventory and ensuring that all necessary tools and equipment are available for maintenance activities.

The post holder will also play a vital role in supporting the management of maintenance scheduling and reporting systems.
