Job Title: Project Manager Plumbing & Heating

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Plumbing and Heating team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and installation teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the plumbing and heating industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Asana.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing and heating systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
