Procurement Professional - Pharma or FMCG Industry

We are seeking a skilled Buyer or Senior Buyer with experience in the Pharma or FMCG industry to drive our procurement strategy forward.

This role involves managing costs using SAP, maintaining supplier prices, and resolving price variances. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Strategy:
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Pharma or personal care/FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering year-over-year cost improvements through effective procurement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including manufacturing and packaging technologies.
  • Proficiency in SAP (or other MRP systems) and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
