About the Role

  • Support the Catholic values and ethos in a supportive environment
  • Deliver high-standard care and education as per the EYFS Statutory Framework
  • Participate in activities tailored to meet children's emotional, physical, and learning needs
  • Assist in planning, delivery, and monitoring of learning activities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with pupils to achieve learning targets
  • Implement a behavior management program
  • Collaborate with team members for a supportive work environment

Requirements

  • Ability to support a mixed age group including two, three, and four year old children
  • Strong organizational skills to assist with learning environment and record keeping
  • Commitment to the school's ethos and positive attitude towards children's development
