Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all cleaning duties in accordance with our established procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure that all areas of the care home are well-presented and maintained in good condition.
  • Operate laundry equipment and processes to ensure efficient and effective laundry services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures, particularly moving and handling techniques, fire safety, and COSHH assessments.
  • Experience of cleaning and laundry in a public setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
