About the Role

Pure Permanent Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team in a luxury client based in South Leicestershire.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deputise for the Head Chef to ensure high standards of food production
  • Contribute to menu development and cost control
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and development of departmental staff
  • Maximise yield and propose promotions to reflect business needs
  • Ensure exceptional service levels and customer care
Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain equipment in a clean working condition
  • Input into departmental budget compilation and management
  • Meet with guests to discuss requirements and maintain visibility
Financial Targets
  • Assist with monthly food stocks and control departmental budgets
