We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our Pre-Production team at the Allied Vehicles Group. As a leading company in the automotive industry, we design, develop, and manufacture specialist vehicles, such as wheelchair accessible vehicles, taxis, and minibuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement quality improvement plans to enhance our manufacturing processes
- Lead quality enhancements across functions to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide quality training and guidance to team members to maintain a positive work environment
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve quality-related issues
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations to safeguard our employees and customers
Requirements:
- Experience in quality within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of quality principles and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement
