Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Junior SMT Engineer to join our team at Euro Projects Recruitment Careers. As a Junior SMT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our PCB manufacturing process, operating SMT machines, and learning how to operate AOI machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate SMT machines to assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) with high precision and accuracy.
  • Learn and operate a brand new MyCronic Myi50 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine to inspect PCBs for defects.
  • Support various areas of manufacturing, including final inspection of PCB products.

Requirements:

  • Experience in operating SMT machines and AOI machines.
  • Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of c£27,000 to £33,000 DOE.
  • 25 days holiday + banks.
  • Overtime paid at x1.5 hourly rate, with opportunities for flexible working hours.
