  • Prepare and present high-quality seasonal dishes.
  • Collaborate with the unit manager to design and plan menus that meet client and customer expectations.
  • Oversee food preparation processes to ensure adherence to CH&CO standards.
  • Ensure the availability of all necessary ingredients for menu items and proactively address any shortages.
  • Manage stock ordering and inventory control as required.
  • Report any supply quality concerns to the unit manager.
