Job Summary

We are looking for a Water Hygiene Service Engineer to carry out water hygiene monitoring tasks, including temperature checks, dip-slide sampling, and bacteriological samples. The successful candidate will also be responsible for dismantling, de-scaling, disinfection, reassembling, and flushing of showerheads, as well as cleaning and disinfecting hot and cold-water systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out water hygiene monitoring tasks, including temperature checks, dip-slide sampling, and bacteriological samples.
  • Dismantle, de-scale, disinfect, reassemble, and flush showerheads.
  • Clean and disinfect hot and cold-water systems, including cold-water storage tanks, calorifiers, and down services.
  • Operate water treatment dosing equipment and chemical dosing of systems to specified levels.
  • Assist with remedial works to hot and cold-water systems, including domestic, industrial, and process systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have or hold:

  • Full qualifications in a relevant field.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a pension, 40-hour working week, and opportunities for overtime. Our company provides a company van, fuel card, tools, equipment, and PPE. You will also have access to a mobile and tablet.
