**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan your daily delivery routes to maximize productivity and ensure all parcels are delivered on time.
* Safely load and unload parcels from the delivery van, ensuring that all packages are handled with care.
* Complete 65 to 75 drops per day, delivering parcels to various locations within the assigned postal codes.
* Drive a 3.5-ton van provided by the company. Ensure the vehicle is parked back at the depot at the end of each shift and maintained in good condition.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety and data protection.
* Provide excellent customer service, handling deliveries professionally and resolving any customer issues or queries promptly.

**Requirements:**

* Full UK Manual Driving License: Must possess a valid UK manual driving license.
* Background Check: Candidates must be willing to undergo a comprehensive 5-year background check and criminal record screening.
* Documentation: Must provide PTA or HMRC documentation, Proof of address, Proof of National insurance, Proof of Right to Work in UK (If you do not hold British Passport) and a valid DBS certificate.
* Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying parcels, and being on your feet for extended periods.
