We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Philanthropy Lead to join our client, an international animal rights organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in meeting the organisation's fundraising goals, identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding financial support from generous individuals and granting bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet the organisation's goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including major donors and granting bodies
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including corporate partnerships and individual giving
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective fundraising campaigns
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to the leadership team on fundraising progress and trends
