Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Preston. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care and support to service users, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of service users and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service user care and progress.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification and current registration with the NMC.
- Experience working with mental health service users, preferably in a hospital or residential setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances, including out-of-hours shifts and on-call duties.
