Job Title: Head of Knowledge Services Systems

Oliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting, with a presence in over 70 cities across 30 countries. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our knowledge services systems, driving innovation and excellence in our technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of our next-generation knowledge-focused technology products, enabling Oliver Wyman to achieve its knowledge and collaboration goals.
  • Lead collaboration with other KS teams in the design, development, implementation, enhancement, and robust management of existing and future solutions.
  • Provide key inputs and recommendations on initiatives requiring KS leadership and systems involvement.
  • Develop relationships with senior knowledge technology leaders of other industry and consulting firms, incorporating competitive and discipline best practices into our overall systems and operations strategy.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial services, management consultancy, and/or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of business technology and knowledge management issues.
  • Experience in large-scale business and IT implementations, preferably in a global setting.
  • Proven people management experience, with the ability to coordinate workflow, set priorities, and manage staff in multiple geographies.
