We are seeking a talented Graduate Surveyor to join our Estates Team, providing an opportunity to develop and focus their surveying career on Asset Management.

As a key member of our team, you will deliver an effective estate management and valuation service, specializing in property and strategic asset management, ensuring the Council grows its real estate portfolio income and delivers key services to residents.

You will work closely with our Senior Estates Surveyor, managing a diverse portfolio and playing a key role in delivering Council and Place Directorate priorities.
