Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the perfect products to inspire their creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, including books, puzzles, games, and other creative materials.
    • Stay up-to-date on new products and releases, sharing your expertise with customers and colleagues.
  • Store Operations
    • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including setting up and maintaining displays and ensuring the store is tidy and organized.
    • Support the Store Manager with daily tasks, such as receiving deliveries and processing stock.
