Used Car Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our used car sales team at Bristol Street Motors Renault Exeter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives and assistant sales managers to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability, and operating efficiency.
  • Full UK driving license.
