Process Engineer - Manufacturing

Science & Technology Recruitment is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our client's manufacturing department in the South East area. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for daily production operations and troubleshoot issues.
  • Monitor performance to ensure controlled and safe processes.
  • Conduct analysis to improve process segments, focusing on safety, cost, throughput, and expansion.
  • Offer technical support to technicians and translate process improvement concepts into workable manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
  • BSc in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
  • Proven ability to manage short- and long-term projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Exposure to Six Sigma processes.
