About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician to join our team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispensing and labeling medications accurately
  • Issuing medications to patients
  • Providing ward-based medicines management services
  • Working in our Clinical Trials department
  • Experience in our large aseptic units
Requirements
  • Registered pharmacy technician in the UK by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Numerate and literate GCSE in Maths and English (A* to C or equivalent)
  • Additional pharmacy qualifications (desirable)
