Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils with Autism in a classroom environment, creating a safe and inclusive space for learning.
  • Develop and deliver tailored programmes to meet the individual needs of pupils, using the extensive equipment at the school.
  • Work collaboratively with the inclusion team to provide high-quality support and ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils.
  • Use your creativity and imagination to excite and engage pupils, promoting a love of learning and a positive attitude towards education.
Requirements:
  • A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for all pupils to flourish.
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with Special Educational Needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • A creative and confident approach to delivering engaging and inclusive activities.
