Job Summary:
JT Recruit is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Quality Control Specialist to join their team on a temp to perm basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and materials in the warehouse.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on products and materials to detect defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Fridays, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
