Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our treatment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end treatment process, from initial enquiry to completion, to ensure seamless patient journeys.
- Provide exceptional support to patients, explaining treatment options, handling concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Record and monitor private referrals, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Coordinate diary appointments and treatment schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Provide administrative support, including assisting clinicians with treatment plan letters and following up on outstanding referrals.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote our extensive range of private and specialist dental treatments, engaging with patients and clinicians alike.
Requirements:
- Registered Dental Nurse with current GDC registration.
- Ability to work independently, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media platforms.
- Diary management and appointment scheduling experience, with flexibility to adapt to business needs.
- Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator is desirable, but not essential.
