Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat private patients within scope of practice, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to clinical governance standards.
- Oversee the care of outpatients and inpatients within your specialty, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive services.
- Engage in quality improvement and governance activities, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
- Expand your practice in alignment with The Priory Ticehurst's prestigious reputation, leveraging opportunities for growth and professional development.
- Participate in on-call rotations for the nine-bedded private unit, ensuring seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Network with professional colleagues and referral sources, fostering relationships and promoting our services.
- Maintain professional development and meet Revalidation requirements, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and best practices.
Candidate Profile:
- GMC registration with relevant specialist accreditation, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- A strong understanding of Clinical Governance and regulatory frameworks, with experience in implementing and maintaining high standards of care.
- Successful completion of a DBS check, funded by The Priory Hospital Ticehurst, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
- No existing private practice required, this is a great opportunity to start your journey into private practice and develop your skills and expertise.
