Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining recruitment-related databases and supporting the implementation of our Applicant Tracking System.
- Draft reports on recruitment trends and provide data analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
- Assist with the recruitment cycle, including posting job adverts and supporting the pre-employment process.
