Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager/Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Rontec Roadside Retail Limited. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of our Morrisons Branded Forecourt sites within our Roadside Retail Network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Take full responsibility for the operations of our Morrisons Branded Forecourt sites, ensuring they consistently meet company standards and those of our brand partners.
- Compliance: Prioritize compliance issues to ensure essential legal compliance and ensure all stores follow company procedures.
- Business Development: Identify business opportunities on potential new stores and existing store developments.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze overall sales, audits, performance, and customer service standards and performance to identify potential for improvement.
- Reporting: Ensure sufficient control reporting is used to deliver performance improvements.
- Business Reviews: Complete business reviews with operators in your area and assist them in identifying risk and potential within their business.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and availability to meet the demands expected from an open-all-hours business.
