Vehicle Refinisher

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Polisher to join our team at Gi Group. As a key member of our Paint Polisher team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality exterior finishes on vehicles.

• Undertake the exterior polishing of vehicles using the correct materials and tools.
• Inspect finished vehicles to ensure no defects.
• Flattening, polishing, and touching up to achieve a flawless finish.
• Ensure all station operations on each vehicle are completed to the required quality standard.
• Work as part of a team to resolve quality, cost, or productivity issues affecting vehicle production.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and efficiency.

• Experience in vehicle refinishing or a related field.
• Confidence in using necessary tools and materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Competitive pay rate of £16.55 per hour.
• Overtime paid at a higher rate.
• 28 days holiday per year.
