We're seeking a highly skilled Program Manager/MT Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Integrated Program Team, you will be responsible for leading programs to ensure adherence to program plans, schedules, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor strategic planning efforts and proactively drive programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Identify and react to program problems and recommend solutions, such as allocation of resources, changing contractual specifications, or coordinating responses to customer action items.
  • Support the development of new business opportunities and negotiate contracts and contractual changes.
  • Manage program scope increase or decrease via change management processes.
  • Utilize computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and JDE/SAP.
  • Possess formal PM training or accreditation, such as PMP or APM.
  • Have commercial knowledge/awareness and a strong focus on the delivery of objectives.
  • Exhibit good program planning skills, including Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Have knowledge of Earned Value Management.
  • Proven strong program management skills and experience in leading programs.
  • Travel requirement – up to 20%.
