About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Delivery Manager to join our Digital Team at Digital Gurus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for user-centred design to ensure the delivery of clear and continuous value that positively impacts users.
  • Support digital teams to achieve their goals and ensure high performance from multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff and third-party delivery partners.
  • Shape effective ways of working that enhance team productivity and help maintain motivation.
  • Deliver complex IT and digital services, removing barriers for the team, and planning at a higher level and delving into details when needed.
  • Experiment with ideas and techniques that foster high performance, interpreting them for our context, and adapting them based on measurable outcomes.

About the Team:

Our Digital Team is responsible for designing and implementing new online services to improve the customer experience for our staff and users. We're looking for someone with a passion for using technology to solve problems, who can lead and collaborate with our digital teams to drive performance and ensure we achieve our goals.
