Role Overview:
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic SEN Maths Teacher to become a vital part of our dedicated team.

The successful applicant will possess experience in teaching mathematics to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and a comprehensive understanding of their specific educational requirements.

While formal teaching qualifications are not a prerequisite, a demonstrated history of providing effective learning experiences for SEN students is crucial.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, prepare, and deliver engaging and customized Maths lessons that cater to the varied needs of SEN students.
2. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels appreciated and inspired to learn.
3. Employ diverse teaching methodologies and resources to address different learning preferences and capabilities.
4. Regularly evaluate students' progress and modify teaching approaches as necessary to promote ongoing development.
5. Collaborate efficiently with fellow SEN team members, parents, and external specialists to support the comprehensive growth of students.
6. Keep precise records of students' achievements, progress, and behavior in accordance with institutional policies.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in teaching mathematics to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential.
2. A sincere enthusiasm for working with SEN students and a dedication to their academic and personal growth.
3. Strong interpersonal abilities to establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
4. Flexibility and creativity in crafting personalized learning experiences for students with diverse abilities.
5. Knowledge of SEN practices, strategies, and educational legislative requirements.

Desirable Skills:
1. Teaching qualifications (QTS or equivalent) would be beneficial but are not mandatory.
2. Experience in supporting SEN students in their educational journey is vital.
