Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver at branch and national level to achieve the firm's financial targets and objectives.
- Ensure sufficient resources are available and are efficiently and effectively deployed.
- Lead the branch to achieve optimum performance in personal injury, ensuring operational, financial, people, and client service performance.
- Have financial and budgetary responsibility for branch performance and branch objectives.
- Provide leadership to the branch, inspiring, engaging, and motivating employees to achieve their best.
- Ensure organised, integrated, client-focused, quality, cost-effective, and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Experienced achievement-oriented leader with a solid background in personal injury case management.
- Proven ability to adapt to and effectively lead others through change.
- Passion for excellent client care and the development of client relationships.
- Ability to manage, motivate, coach, and organise people to deliver required behaviours and achieve personal best performance.
- High levels of service delivery and a strong track record of success in a similar role.
