Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone and email.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, ensuring a positive and helpful experience for customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide timely quotes and follow up with customers to win new business.
- Monitor and update customer projects on our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order progress and timely delivery of goods.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs and targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Electrical qualification and experience in the electrical supplies industry.
- Auto-CAD experience (full training provided).
- Excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and organized individual with good use of initiative.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
- Resilient and determined to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Computer literacy and comfortable using software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Hours and Location: The successful candidate will work 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 3:30pm Friday. The role is based in Aston, Birmingham.
