About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and monitoring their progress.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and staff, both verbally and in writing.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents.
- Develop and implement care plans, prioritizing and managing care to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide holistic care, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
Requirements
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Experience working in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care, with a commitment to respecting and dignifying the needs of older people.
